All OXE Diesel models are designed and built for the commercial user according to commercial user demands. They have been designed to combine the reliability and endurance of marine inboards with the flexibility and agility of marine outboard engines.
The OXE Diesel offers unprecedented efficiency and range compared to outboard engines – not only because diesel is a more safe and effective fuel for the end user that limits the risk for fire and enables increased range, but also due to that current legislation prohibits water borne platforms to carry larger petrol quantities in many regions of the world. By running on diesel, the OXE engine can be refueled from the tanks of the platform eliminating the need to carry or handle hazardous petrol completely.
The OXE diesel is the only outboard that complies with EPA Tier-III, IMO Tier II and RCD emissions and environmental standards. When environmental demand from customers (commercial and governmental) is becoming ever more present for commercial applications, the OXE engine is a sound option to reduce environmental impact.
